What We Can Do
We will complete disability paperwork only if it is related to a surgical procedure performed by one of our physicians. We can provide information such as:
- Surgery date(s)
- Expected recovery time
- Post-operative restrictions
What We Cannot Do
We cannot complete disability paperwork for:
- Conditions not treated surgically in our office
- Non-surgical medical issues
- Disability extensions unrelated to surgical recovery
