Dr. Akhila James enjoys the audiology field because it allows her to interact with people from all walks of life and provide services to improve their health. Hearing is one of our major senses and plays a crucial role in communicating and interacting with the world around us, so she finds working in a profession that provides an opportunity to enhance hearing is very fulfilling. She enjoys learning about the ways improved hearing has had a positive impact on her patients.

In her free time, Dr. James enjoys listening to music, spending time with family, watching movies, working out and exploring new food, places and cultures.
