It is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see, the services provided and your copay / coinsurance liabilities.
If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance or other deductible amounts WHICH ARE DUE AT THE TIME THE SERVICE IS RENDERED.

Deposits for surgical procedures are necessary based on your deductible/co-insurance – information will be provided at the time your surgery is scheduled.
Insurance plans differ and often apply diagnostic procedures towards your deductible/coinsurance. Please contact your insurance plan to learn more about your individual coverage.
Below is a list of common diagnostic procedures that may fall under a separate benefit other than your office copay:
- Control of bloody nose (Nasal hemorrhage control)
- Using a scope to visualize the throat (Flexible fiberoptic laryngoscopy)
- Using a scope to visualize the inside of your nose (Rigid nasal endoscopy)
- Specialized equipment is used to evaluate your vocal cords/voice Videostroboscopy)
- Removing ear wax with a microscope (Cerumen removal)
- Checking the pressure in your ears (Tympanometry)
- Removing foreign body from ear/nose
- Hearing test (Audiometry)
- Allergy testing and shots (Inhalant skin testing and Immunotherapy)
- Removing crusts and material from the nose after sinus surgery (Sinus debridement)
- Using a microscope to perform a procedure on the ear (Binocular microscopy)
